When it comes to a low-glycemic-index diet, is it one with minimal fruits and vegetables and low amounts of processed foods because that will lower the glycemic index? Do you have to include fruits and vegetables in that diet? I think so since they’re good for digestion and they’re good for heart health. They’re good for you. Are they always necessary in a low-glycemic diet? Absolutely. But they’re always necessary if you want to eat a healthiest diet for weight loss.

There are so many different diets, and as we change diets we have people come back. There’s a diet called Atkins diet. It’s popular. It’s very popular. It’s very popular in the weight loss business. Everybody eats Atkins diet if they have diabetes and want to lose weight.
