Protein is the key, but protein is important to every single one of us. I think the problem is that people think high protein is better, like, it just makes your face heavier and more beautiful, or the more muscles. What’s happening with that is a lack of understanding about what the human body actually does: protein can make you thin, so much so that eating more of these things actually increases your risk of being overweight. But what does the human body actually do? So you can eat a lot of meat or fish. Fish is better for you if you’re obese than a lot of meat, especially if you’re not, but some of the other things make a huge impact on the whole of your food quality. I mean, I know this, like, we’re obsessed with how much food we eat, but the best people on the planet eat a lot of different things. I would just like to add that some of these foods, like dairy, can just screw with your heart, particularly if you’re just starting out. I guess, that’s why I never have dairy.
