Do a few things at a time—just enough to keep the weight off. Eat at the right time or during times when you are the least hungry.
Keep an eye on your calorie intake.
Check the weight and blood pressure regularly.
Get enough rest.
Exercise in the morning.
Do it often—3 or 4 times a week.
Use a weight belt and other devices that weigh you.
Make it fun! Have fun!

The Washington Post’s Greg Sargent made the observation that it has been “very clear” that President-elect Donald Trump is not going to make good on his promise to cancel “job killing trade deals.”
Trump tweeted on Wednesday morning that he would declare the U.S. a “defensive nation” and “not continue a job-killing trade deal,” calling it NAFTA.
But that’s unlikely to be heeded. Republicans on Capitol Hill have spent years calling NAFTA “job-killing” and are expected to be more aggressive in their advocacy for a renegotiation. Democrats, meanwhile, would be much more likely to agree to reopen negotiations based on a new trade agreement, if not to outright repeal it.
The two sides are going to have quite a tough slog ahead. Trump is scheduled to meet with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) on Thursday. Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn (R-Texas) has signaled he will be at the White House meeting, which means Republicans will have ample time to come up with some sort of deal. Trump’s aides are confident, in fact, that it will be easier to start over than to get a “bad” or “disastrous” trade agreement.
