Can less sleep cause weight loss? – Hypnosis For Weight Loss Audio

October 25, 2020

Nope… at least, at first.

Studies have established that regular, long-lasting, regular sleep will keep a baby sleeping for years, even after the baby turns 6 months old.

According to an article on BabySleeping.com and our Facebook page:

“In general, children with sleep issues are usually babies who had their night sleep interrupted by a nap or a nap of the baby’s own. For example, a 12-week-old who went to sleep on his own at 4pm, then at 7am went to nap…and then in the second half of the day went to nap again while sleeping (the nap of his own choosing).”

And it’s not just kids — adults should probably start getting at least 7-9 hours of sleep per night at some point.

It’s a pretty significant amount, though.

But, once there are enough sleep hours, it’s good to do some housekeeping to keep your baby’s sleep environment healthy, which is why I always suggest to have a good napping or sleeping game plan in place.

How sleep patterns differ from person to person

How sleep patterns vary from one person to another depends on many factors to do with genes, your baby and even your hormones and stress levels.

The biggest one can be stress level.

When your baby is born, he or she’s most likely to be stressed out (and a lot of the time, this is because they don’t have a good latch, or they’re having their head stuck or otherwise in a stressful environment), so it’s easy for your baby to be sleep deprived.

There are certain factors that can make a baby more susceptible to being sleep deprived, whether it be a baby at the wrong ages for a nap (or if the baby already had problems sleeping) or if the baby is having a hard enough time following a good nighttime sleep routine.

One of the most important strategies is to use your baby to your advantage.

If your baby doesn’t have enough sleep hours, it’s best to help him sleep rather than napping him in the middle of the night. You’ll get the benefits of the naps in your baby’s head, which will help him feel better about

If your baby’s not getting enough sleep hours, trying to nap is a strategy designed to help him sleep, but it can create a lot of problems too.

It’s especially bad if you
