The concept behind live sketching is to capture a moment when I had thought of a sketch and would like to use it in a video. When I get a chance to work on a project, I sketch for an hour and then record a video afterwards.

Do you draw live? When I’m in a live sketching situation with a friend, I prefer drawing on paper. In a live situation, I am more sensitive to the movements of the others, which are easier to manipulate, and I’m more relaxed when I’m talking to you or the director and have my eyes open. At some points I like sketching face-to-face, so you don’t have to worry about drawing a portrait in front of you. I’m usually too busy when I’m in a live sketch setting.

How do you feel when you see a sketch for a video? My heart leaps and my mouth drops. This is a new sensation and a new way of capturing a moment. I love being so close to the moment and sharing it with others.

What do you enjoy the most about work? I love creating live visuals for a video and sharing them with friends, family or anyone who will take a look. The beauty of the idea is that everyone can do it themselves.

How do you feel when you are done with your work? When someone who watches the video sees it, they will notice that it is not just a picture. They will see it as a full visual experience. People have this perception of what art is.

If you could sketch anything in the past, what would it be ? I can’t say that I could come up with any particular work today so this question makes me smile. I would have loved to get to where I am now, doing everything, as far as I can without stopping.

What is your favorite TV show? My favorite show was “The X-Files”. This show is not that easy for me to watch. I am fascinated and fascinated that an idea would lead to something I haven’t tried before.

What song have you always wanted to sing? “Can’t Buy Me Love”.
