To begin, create a Word documents that have one or more sections: Title/Body Text, Headings, and Footers. This may sound like an impossible task, but as long as the text has appropriate formatting, it’s not much of a leap. When the body text is a group of words that are all separated by commas, then create a picture.

Step 1: Format Word files

Make sure the words are properly formatted so they show up as words using proper font faces and spacing, not italics.

Step 2: Format pictures

Format the text or image with appropriate formatting. For example, the body text should be bold, and the image should be a black and white image.

Step 6: Format the title/body text and footers

Create separate Word documents called Headings and Footers. Add the first images (the picture) to one document, and then make sure the footers can be formatted properly in one of a number of ways.
